We will determine the frequency of our services based on the number of employees that will benefit from this service and your needs.

We will have an online sign up page for your people to sign up to any of the slots available.

Our Coaching will take place ideally at your organization and alternatively via Skype/Face Time/Phone or Google Meet Up.

To maximize the coaching impact, each individual will meet with the coach at scheduled times for a 50-minute, face-to-face coaching session.  Following the coaching session(s), the individual will have the opportunity for two 15-minute follow-up phone calls to check progress and lock down the changes made due to the coaching. This is a key element in creating lasting change and growth.
